• My work focuses on nature using flameworked borosilicate glass to create small worlds and immersive experiences for the viewer to get lost in. These worlds are inspired by the people, places, and memories from my life. The resilience some plants have shown to survive in this world has inspired me to want to immortalize them. Creating an environment to capture the essence of memories which have an impact on my life at a moment in time, but also offer the opportunity to escape the current reality and create a representation  on  a distant plane. I create flowers by using glass to make something that should eventually decompose, eternal. Protecting a fragile temporary flower with an equally fragile yet resilient material.

  • Bronagh developed her love for glass at Same Community College where she accorded degrees in Scientific Glass Technology and Glass Art. After Graduating in 2020 she continued to process studies in glass and sculpture at Alfred University, where she will graduated from in 2022. She is primarily a flameworked, but enjoys all forms of glass making. She has been working with glass for 7 years now.
